Shipping Policy
All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day. All domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking provided via email.
Every shipment includes cold packs and insulated packaging to maintain peptide stability during transit. Peptides are temperature-sensitive compounds — we take storage and shipping conditions as seriously as synthesis purity.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): $9.95 flat rate
- Free Shipping: Orders over $150
- Express Shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express): $24.95 flat rate
Delivery Timeframes
- Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
- Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research chemicals and the strict storage conditions required to maintain product integrity, we cannot accept returns on opened or reconstituted products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our contact page with photos of the damage. We will ship a replacement at no cost.
Unopened Products: Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in original packaging and show no signs of tampering. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
